the lymphatic system, increasing circulation, and opening the flow of life force in order to cleanse and revitalize the body. In addition, essential oils used in Ayurvedic massages are very nourishing and detoxifying, It is anti aging and leaving the skin soft and shiny. Ayurvedic massages provide other benefits as relief of stress and the generation of ‘happy hormones’ to make us feel better.
AYURVEDIC FOOD. – Diet is designed according to your dosha. Meals cooked with organic ric
e, served on banana leaf with plant based side dishes and curries. We offer coffee/tea alternatives for those who feels it difficult to quit. Instead of white sugar we use honey, jaggery and brown sugar. A wheat grass juice regimen also included for the best detoxification and cleansing effects.
PRANIC ENERGY HEALING – Prana is a Sanskrit word that means l
